User Content :  You are responsible for the content you upload, including Privacy Policies, Terms, and any chatbot data. You must ensure that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

Service Availability :  We strive for continuous uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Intellectual Property :  All rights to the Collbot platform, including trademarks, design, and code, are owned by Ham Mim Pvt Ltd. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Changes to the Terms :  We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law :  These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
